Dry Land Practice – Back Stroke Arms
Practicing on land is just as important as practicing in the water. Performing skills on land gives you the opportunity to focus on the details. For example, I can focus on arm movement and not have to worry about water balance or kicking my legs. This allows me to form a muscle memory and will make it easier to perform the skill in the water. Watch the video below, as I demonstrate how to perform the back stroke arms.
